Build: Appears skeletal. Broad shoulders and bulky chest with long limbs. Arms are especially long and thin. Lower torso is essentially just a narrow, flexible spine with multiple pistons supporting the upper body.
Hair: None.
Eyes: Yellow, always glowing. May flash or flicker, especially with strong emotions or when in pain.
Features: Important to note is that he doesn't actually have a mouth, so his lips and jaw do not not move when he speaks. He also can't blink as he doesn't have eyelids, though his optics do move in the sockets much like a human's eyes.

Hugging: Go for it, though he won't react positively. He's unstable as heck so his reaction might be anywhere from impassive tolerance with some disgruntled muttering to anger and threats to actual physical aggression. It will depend on his mood and his relation to the person initiating. Ask if you're unsure.
Kissing: Probably a terrible idea but see above.
Flirting: Again, see above. That said, if the aim is to tease or taunt him with intent to piss him off or make him uncomfortable (because that's his most likely reaction by far) please feel free.
Romance: He'll generally be disinterested or actively avoidant of the idea of it. He's also just... really not capable of healthy, committed relationships. At all. If something were to happen it would require a LOT of time and development. He has whole load of issues to work through.
Sex: He isn't "equipped" for penetrative sex. He's also extremely detached from / disgusted by his own body and is likely to be very uncomfortable with the idea of physical intimacy and/or struggle to get into it at all. He will generally express discomfort at or actively avoid any kind of focus on himself. In short... it's possible but would take a lot of development and be exceptionally awkward.

Fighting: Absolutely, he's extremely violent and quick to anger so it's probably to be expected sooner or later.
Injury: Please destroy him. I'm not even joking. Always down for some robot gore and he's an asshole who desperately needs taking down a few pegs so have fun. As long as his core systems (mainly in his head) aren't severely damaged he should be repairable.
Death: No thanks. He won't have access to any replacement shells in Noctium, so death would be permanent for him.

Mind-reading: Sure, but keep in mind that his human brain is elsewhere wired up to a computer. If your telepathy relies on being in proximity to a real brain, that might be an issue.
Manipulation: As in like mind control? Sure, I'm fine with it (probably easier to discuss it first), but obviously there's the same potential issues as with mind-reading stated above. Note: this would also be a huuuge IC trigger for him.

Fourth-walling: Ask first, though he's essentially a celebrity in a hugely popular televised bloodsport so he's used to being recognised. Anything further than that and he'll probably just think you're crazy. Or a member of his weird cult. So... still crazy.

Format: No preference, will adjust to match.

Shipping Preferences: M/F, M/M, M/*, and I'm going to say something around 20+ as far as age goes, but reserve the right to decline anything with a character who feels too immature (and/or too frail) to deal with him, because he's genuinely awful. Note that any ships with him are going to be extremely slow burn because he has a whooole lot of issues to work through and will generally be extremely resistant to the idea.

For dynamics, Rev will adamantly insist that he is the dominant half of a relationship because he has issues with feeling powerless, but forcing him to deal with those issues by giving him a partner who can and will take control despite his griping is my jam. Please step on him.

Off-Limits: N/A

Warnings: Rev is an edgelord and just a shitty, awful person in general. He's got a habit of actively trying to get under people's skin / mess with their heads to make them hate or fear him and will often be very aggressive and/or domineering and have no qualms about invading personal space and generally being creepy.

Potentially triggering subjects that may be brought up:

Creative threats (and graphic descriptions) of violence and torture.

Memories of hundreds of his own brutal deaths and the details thereof.

Body image issues and dysphoria (NOT related to gender identity).

Severe depression and self-loathing.

Extreme self-destructive habits and suicide ideation.

A lot less likely to come up but still possible are mentions of physical / emotional abuse, including child abuse, by a parent.
